On the palate, this cider has flavors of green apples and citrus offered by the hops, with a breadcrumb finish provided by contact with Belgian yeast.

General impression

Hopped Cryo, born from the infusion of hops and cider! The union of this pretty flower and the apple gave birth to the first cider on lees from the cider house. Accessible, highly refreshing, tangy with nice notes of grapefruit.
